Watch: Spouses of world leaders dressed in Indian attire for G20 dinner

Spouses of several world leaders attended the G20 dinner hosted by the Indian President Droupadi Murmu, wearing traditional Indian attire. The UK's first lady, Akshata Murthy wore a vibrant, multi-coloured gown. First lady of Japan Yuko Kishida wore a green and pink saree with a Chinese golden border. Mauritiun Prime Minister's wife, Kobita Ramdanee, wore an off-white saree, while the World Bank President's wife, Ritu Banga, chose a pastel coloured saree with a golden border.

Decision for another day: G20 chief coordinator on name change to 'G21'

When asked about changing the name from 'G20' to 'G21' after the inclusion of African Union (AU) to G20, Chief Coordinator Harsh Vardhan Shringla said that this a 'decision for another day.' The African Union became a permanent member of the G20 on Saturday, following a proposal put forth by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, that was welcomed by all member countries.
