BTS member V is looking at the release of his solo debut album ‘Layover’. The album will drop on September 8, 2023, and has six songs in total. All the songs will have music videos. V has already released two pre-release songs from the album, titled ‘Rainy Days,’ and ‘Love Me Again’.
V ON YEONTAN
In a recent video, Kim Taehyung, popularly known as V from the globally-renowned supergroup BTS, disclosed that his pet dog Yeontan, lovingly referred to as Tannie, is suffering from a heart condition.
The idol revealed that Tannie underwent two surgical procedures, but sadly, both efforts to rectify the heart issue were unsuccessful. The circumstances were grave each time, such that the pet's survival through the surgery itself was uncertain.
Despite these challenges, Taehyung expressed gratitude for Tannie's steadfastness and will to live. He was extremely thankful that his dear pet bravely battled through the perilous situation, fighting for his life each time.
He said, “Tannie has a bad heart and had surgery twice. But both times it was unsuccessful. Every time it was, he could have died during surgery. But his will kept him alive. I was so grateful that he fought for his life.” V got a bit emotional speaking about Yeontan.
ABOUT 'LAYOVER'
Speaking about ‘Layover,’ apart from that, there is ‘Blue’, ‘For Us,’ ‘title track ‘Slow Dancing,’ and a piano version of ‘Slow Dancing.’ The album shows a new side to the singer who is known for his deep unique voice.
V is the last member of BTS to release solo music. It started with J-hope last year, followed by Jin, RM, Jimin, Suga, Jungkook and now Taehyung. The group also celebrated their 10th anniversary recently and are looking at reconvening as a group in 2025.
