Candidates who have participated in the counselling round can access the outcome by visiting the official UP NEET website at upneet.gov.in.

- Go to the official UP NEET website at upneet.gov.in
- On the homepage, click on the "UP NEET PG 2023 Seat Allotment Result" link
- Input your login credentials and click "Submit"
- The seat allotment result will then be displayed on your screen
- Verify the result and save a copy for future use.
The seat allotment letter can be downloaded starting from September 10, and allocated candidates are required to report to their designated institutes between September 11 and September 14. Notably, classes commenced on September 5, 2023.
