Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Jawan’ is expected to mint ‘bare minimum’ Rs 75 crore net box office India (Hindi and Tamil included) on Day 1, predicts trade analyst Akshaye Rathi during an exclusive interaction with IndiaToday.in.

‘Jawan’ is already touted to be a box office winner. But how much will the film earn on its first weekend, considering it’s releasing on a Thursday? Rathi says, “It is a slightly ambitious prediction but what I really see happening, in terms of worldwide net box office, is Rs 400 crore on Thursday Friday, Saturday, Sunday. And this is worldwide net, so India, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and overseas.”
