iPhone 15 series: More details leak ahead of Apple launch event next week

-A fresh leak reveals that the standard iPhone 15 could come in traditional White and Black, along with three eye-catching pastel colors: Yellow, Pink/Red, and Blue. These iPhones are tipped to still sport an aluminum chassis with a brushed finish, retaining familiar features like the toggle button and SIM card tray. Notably, they will feature a dual punch-hole notch for the camera.

-All the iPhone 15 dummies that have been leaked by Apple Insider showcase a USB-C port at the bottom. The leaks have also hinted at potential support for faster charging; 20W for the standard iPhone 15 models and up to 35W for the Pro models.

-The iPhone 15 Pro models are rumored to have a lighter, more durable titanium chassis with a brushed effect to reduce fingerprint smudges. The device's edges could be smoother and more rounded where the metal meets the glass.

-One can expect to see larger displays on the iPhone 15 Pro models as the leaks show there will be reduced bezels. This change will likely make the screen-time experience better for those who love large displays.

-The A17 Bionic chip will likely be reserved for the new 2023 Pro models. The A16 will likely be seen inside the lower-priced iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus smartphones.

-The mute switch is widely rumoured to be replaced by an "Action Button" with customizable functionality, allowing you to perform various tasks quickly.

-Both the telephoto and ultra-wide cameras on the Pro models are said to feature more megapixels than before, marking a significant improvement in photography capabilities.

-Moreover, Apple is said to unveil an all-new "U2" ultra-wideband chip, enhancing location tracking in the Find My App. Apple is expected to offer faster wireless charging speeds across the entire iPhone lineup, coupled with a more repairable design.

-There have been consistent rumors about features like the Dynamic Island, A16 Bionic chip, and a 48-megapixel main camera for the iPhone 15 and 15 Plus. Additionally, the iPhone 15 Pro Max will not be branded as an "Ultra" model, as some speculated.

-The iPhone 15 is said to cost the same as last year's model and the price could start from Rs 79,900, as per leaks. Analysts at TrendForce claimed that the iPhone 15 Pro will also retain the old price and cost $999 in the US, similar to the iPhone 14 Pro. This means that the iPhone 15 Pro in India could also cost Rs 1,29,900, just like the old model. The cited source asserted that the high-end iPhone 15 Pro Max will see a $100 price hike, which means that the price could start at $1,199. As Apple pegs each dollar at Rs 100 in India, the price of the iPhone 15 Pro Max could be at Rs 99,506. But, of course, the actual price won't be the same in the Indian market and one will be paying a lot more in this country because there is always a very big price margin between US and India.

As Apple's "Wonderlust" event draws near, these exciting developments are generating considerable buzz among tech enthusiasts. Stay tuned for the official unveiling next week to see how these features translate into real-world experiences for iPhone users.
