CBSE Board Exam 2024 form submission for private candidates begins next week

The Central Board of Secondary Examination, CBSE, is all set to start the Board Exam 2024 form submission process for private candidates from September 12. All the CBSE class 10 and class 12 private candidates can submit the forms on the official site, the link for which is cbse.gov.in.

For private candidates, the CBSE board exams in 2024 are scheduled to take place between February and April 2024.

The eligible candidates for form submission are as follows:

• Students declared essential repeats in their results
• Students placed in the compartment during the exam
• Students placed in the compartment in the first chance compartment exam
• Students who failed or were declared essential repeats in the years 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022
• Graduates of 2023 seeking to enhance their performance in one or more subjects
• Graduates of 2022 and 2023 interested in appearing for additional subjects.

As per the notice, simply submitting the form and making the payment does not guarantee a candidate the right to participate in the examination. Their eligibility hinges on meeting the conditions specified by the board.

FEE PAYMENT

Payment of fees must be done through online methods, which include net banking, debit card, and credit card (both National and International). No offline modes of payment such as DD, Postal Order, Money Order, or cheque will be accepted.
