Jad Hadid on bond with ex-wife Ramona: If we went separate ways, it doesn't mean...

'Bigg Boss OTT 2' fame Jad Hadid recently apologised to his ex-wife Ramona Khalil on social media. Baring his heart out, Jad apologised to Ramona for his past mistakes. For the unversed, the 'BB OTT 2' contestant was married to Ramona for two years, 2017-2019, before they got divorced. They are also doting parents to their daughter Cattleya.

Currently, Jad is on vacation with his ex-wife and daughter. Amid this, he exclusively interacted with IndiaToday.in and spoke his heart out. Being his candid self, Jad opened up about his separation from Ramona and the kind of bond they share now.

JAD HADID ON REALISING HIS MISTAKES

Speaking exclusively with IndiaToday.in, Jad Hadid revealed how he introspected on the things that happened between him and his ex-wife Ramona.

"When I was in the 'Bigg Boss OTT' house, I had enough time to sit by myself, think and recap everything in my head and see where I went wrong and what I was supposed to do differently - like, instead of doing this, I was supposed to do that. I am not saying that I and my ex-wife are going back together. But this bond that was created in the beginning, before we even spoke about marriage or any commitment, that bond was beautiful. So if you go back to that bond and if you go back to that moment, you would fix everything. You would want peace for the rest of your life with that person. And it would be the last person you would want to create drama with or hate between the two of you," said Jad.

Jad went on to admit, "There was never a day that I didn't feel regret or I didn't blame myself or I didn't feel sad somewhere inside me and my heart for this whole thing that happened. Somewhere, I am still attached to that moment. Of course, life goes on, things change and people change, but some things just can never change. Like the sad feeling you have inside you, that's coming from a place that was full of love and full of everything that is beautiful. That can never change."

JAD HADID ON APOLOGY TO RAMONA, THEIR BOND

'BB OTT 2' fame Jad Hadid also revealed why he apologised to his ex-wife Ramona on a public platform.

"I decided to share this with the world and tell my ex-wife, the mother of my daughter, that I am sorry but I am not asking you to come back to me. I am not asking you to forgive me either. You have all the right to do whatever you want, to feel whatever you want. All I want is just some peace with you and I just want to thank you because of you, I got to this realisation that I am nothing without the amazing bond that I had with you and my daughter. I am nothing and nobody without my daughter," said Jad.

He continued the conversation by adding, "So, now we are good and we are amazingly good. There's no conversation about us going back because it's still too early. But it is not about going back. It is about making things better. Not for us, not for me, not for her, but for our daughter. I want my daughter Cattleya to grow up seeing her parents peaceful, caring about each other and being there for each other, no matter what happens in the world, we are there for each other. Because this is how we started. If we decided to go separate ways, it doesn't mean that we have to hate each other. It doesn't mean that we have to make one another look terrible in the eyes of our kids. This is wrong."

Summing up his thoughts, Jad concluded the chat by mentioning, "So that's why I did this approach and I know inside her heart, there's a little spot for me that is still there. No matter what happens in this world, I know for some reason, I am still her little baby. And she's still my little baby. There's no point in getting married again or remarrying. What matters the most is the purity inside of you, the honesty that you come out clean with good intentions."
