Speaking about the possible reasons for such deaths, Sangar said, “Stress and fatigue are silent killers. Everyone has a different threshold, so we cannot set a common bar for everyone.” He further said that the schedules for pilots have been stressful after the pandemic, but most companies allow their pilots to say no to flying. “It also sometimes has to do with the pride and ego of the pilots who think they can take the pressure.
