"This year as well 200 job fairs will be organised," Khattar said, unveiling the plan for the current year.

'IF YOU HAVE THE SKILLS, WE HAVE THE JOBS'

According to Khattar, the government sector has already provided 1.14 lakh jobs, and a further 56,000 government posts will be offered to the youth. The present government is poised to provide a total of 1.70 lakh jobs, he shared.

The chief minister was emphatic about the government's commitment to creating employment opportunities for the youth. He proudly highlighted that over one lakh government jobs have been offered on a purely merit basis under the BJP-led state government.

'BUILDING BRIDGES FROM SKILLS TO JOBS'

Beyond government jobs, Khattar added, "benefits have also been provided under various schemes to establish employment and self-employment options in the private sector."

He affirmed that over 80,000 youths have reaped rewards from the Haryana Skill Development Mission. Furthermore, the Shri Vishwakarma Skill University was founded to offer industrial-oriented education and training opportunities to the youth.
